The D4D Hub Creative Economy Challenge & Award 2025 is a groundbreaking initiative designed to empower startups and organizations driving innovation at the intersection of creativity, technology, and entrepreneurship across West Africa and beyond.

Launched in partnership with TechCabal’s Moonshot 2025, this program aims to highlight impactful, tech-enabled creative projects shaping Africa’s digital future.

Selected participants will receive:

  • Fully-funded trip to Lagos, Nigeria, to attend Moonshot 2025 and pitch their project on October 15, 2025.
  • A share of the $30,000 prize pool is awarded to three finalists ($15,000 / $10,000 / $5,000).
  • Investor exposure through D4D Hub and TechCabal connections.
  • High-level visibility among tech leaders, donors, and policymakers in Africa’s creative economy sector.

Who Can Apply?

The competition is open to:

  • West African startups or organizations with a legally registered business.
