Since its launch in 2020, AIC has trained over 7,000 founders and funded more than 100 businesses across 46 countries, including Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, Rwanda, Tanzania, Egypt, Morocco, Uganda, Ethiopia, Cameroon, and Botswana.

About the African Impact Challenge
The African Impact Challenge focuses on investing in early innovators who have the potential to shape markets and create globally relevant solutions. The program is designed to help entrepreneurs move from ideas to action, supporting ventures across two main streams:
- Health Entrepreneurship (HENT): Pan-African healthtech ventures improving health outcomes using technology.
- Country Innovation (CI): Scalable solutions across non-health sectors, with Nigeria being the focus country for 2026.

How the African Impact Challenge Works

- Capacity Building – A virtual, self-paced venture support bootcamp equips entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills to succeed.
