The World Water Council (WWC) is calling on passionate young leaders to apply for the Youth Delegates Program 2026–2028, an inspiring opportunity to help shape the future of global water governance. This program empowers youth to play an active role in international decision-making and sustainability discussions leading up to the 11th World Water Forum in Riyadh (2027).
About the WWC Youth Delegates Program
The WWC Youth Delegates Program gives young changemakers the chance to represent youth perspectives in water-related dialogues, collaborate with global experts, and advocate for inclusive solutions. Selected delegates will observe and contribute to WWC meetings, join youth-led initiatives, and strengthen global youth engagement in the water sector.
Through the program, participants will:
- Contribute to WWC meetings and policy discussions.
- Represent youth at the 11th World Water Forum (Riyadh, 2027).
- Work with the WWC Young Mission on water-focused initiatives.
- Collaborate with regional youth networks to promote inclusion and awareness.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be 18–35 years old.
- Represent an organization connected to youth and water issues.
- Reside within their represented region.
- Possess strong English communication skills and understanding of WWC’s mission.
- Have experience in youth advocacy or water governance.
- Commit to a three-year mandate (2026–2028).
Although this is an unpaid position, all travel expenses (when required) will be fully covered by the World Water Council.
