The World Economic Forum (WEF) invites passionate young professionals to apply for its Early Careers Programme, Spring 2026 Cohort. This unique six-month opportunity allows emerging talents to gain hands-on experience in shaping global agendas and tackling major societal challenges.
The program will take place across Geneva, Beijing, Mumbai, and Tokyo, with full-time onsite employment. Work authorization support is available for Geneva-based roles only.
About the Programme
The Early Careers Programme is designed for recent bachelor’s or master’s degree graduates with up to three years of cumulative work experience. It offers a chance to contribute to the Forum’s mission of improving the state of the world while developing critical professional and leadership skills.
Participants will work within specific thematic and functional areas such as:
- AI and Digital Innovation
- Economic Growth and Inclusion
- Energy and Sustainability
- Health and Healthcare
- Urban Transformation
- Data Analytics
- Marketing, Finance, and Event Management
Benefits and Compensation
Successful applicants will receive:
- A 6-month employment contract starting between 15 March and 15 April 2026
- A monthly salary of:
- CHF 4,500 (Geneva)
- CNY 12,500 (Beijing)
- INR 91,666 (Mumbai)
- JPY 333,333 (Tokyo)
