The SparkUp Initiative Fellowship 2026 is a global capacity-building program created to empower women-led organizations with the skills, tools, and confidence needed to succeed in fundraising. Eligibility Criteria

Organizations applying for the SparkUp Fellowship must be:

  • Women-led NGOs or grassroots organizations in developing countries across Asia, Africa, or smaller European nations
  • From any sector or thematic area
  • Newly formed or well-established organizations, both are welcome

Fellowship Structure

  • Duration: 2 months
  • Format:
    • Live online group workshops
    • One-on-one mentorship sessions
    • Peer learning and collaboration with other fellows

The program is fully online, making it accessible to women leaders across different regions.

Applicants must submit the following documents by 20 December 2025:

  • Completed application form
  • A one-page concept note describing a project or fundraising idea
