About ROGEAP

The Regional Off-Grid Electricity Access Project (ROGEAP) is a World Bank–funded initiative supported by the Clean Technology Fund (CTF) and the Government of the Netherlands. Its goal is to expand access to sustainable electricity across 12 ECOWAS member states and 7 additional Sub-Saharan African countries, including Niger, Mali, Cameroon, and Chad.

ROGEAP focuses on developing a regional solar energy market by supporting manufacturing, assembly, distribution, installation, and maintenance of off-grid solar systems—creating jobs and driving inclusive growth.

About the ASPIRE Program

Participants will gain hands-on training, industry-recognized certification, and access to regional employment opportunities within the growing solar sector.
