Academic and Practical Training in Kazan
The fellowship will be hosted in Kazan, Russia, from March 30 to April 21, 2026, with English as the working language.
A key academic partner is Kazan State Power Engineering University, one of Russia’s leading institutions in the energy sector. According to Irina Akhmetova, Vice-Rector for Development and Innovation, the university offers fellows the opportunity to study one of the most advanced regional energy systems in the Russian Federation—the energy system of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Participants will benefit from:

At the end of the program, fellows will receive a certificate confirming completion of a professional re-training course in a selected energy-related specialization.
Eligibility Criteria

- Be between 21 and 40 years old
