Who Can Apply?

- Commonwealth Citizenship: Citizen or permanent resident of one of the 56 Commonwealth nations
- Impact: Demonstrated measurable impact in their community for at least 12 months
- Ethical Standards: Initiative must operate legally, transparently, and align with QECT values
- Language: Applications must be submitted in English
