Meta Data Center Community Action Grants 2026 for STEAM Projects

Meta has announced the 2026 Data Center Community Action Grants, a global initiative designed to support community-driven projects that use technology for social good. The annual grant program provides direct funding to schools, nonprofits, and community organizations in regions that host Meta data centers.

Applications for the 2026 cycle are open from October 13, 2025, to November 21, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

For U.S. Applicants:

  • Eligible entities include registered nonprofit organizations and public schools.
  • Schools should coordinate with their superintendent before applying to ensure strong, feasible applications.

For European Applicants:

  • Eligible entities include not-for-profit organizations, government agencies, state-run schools, and municipalities.

Note:

  • Schools may apply for multiple grants, while other organizations can submit only one application per year.
  • Projects must show clear, measurable results and use grant funds within one year of receiving the award.
