The Design and Digital Marketing School Lagos is a fully-funded skills development initiative aimed at empowering young residents of Lagos State, aged 18 to 35, with practical and market-ready expertise in Graphic Design and Digital Marketing.
This program not only delivers hands-on technical training but also equips participants with essential workplace skills and life skills to thrive in today’s competitive job market. Whether you plan to work for a company, start your own freelance career, or launch a business, this training provides the right foundation to grow and succeed in the tech and creative industry.
Funded by the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), and implemented by NerdzFactory Company, the program is part of the Lagos State Employability Support Project.
What You Will Learn
Digital Marketing
- Social media strategy and audience engagement
- Content creation and SEO optimization
- Email marketing and performance analytics
- Tools: Meta Suite, Google Ads, WordPress, Canva
Graphic Design
- Branding and creative layout design
- Designing for social media platforms
- Typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, Figma

Eligibility Criteria
To apply, candidates must:
- Be a resident of Lagos State
- Be 18–35 years old
- Possess a valid LASRRA ID
- Have at least an SSCE qualification
- Be available for the full 4-week training (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM)
- Have basic computer knowledge
