Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the 2026–2027 fellowship, applicants must:
- Be U.S. citizens.

- Demonstrate commitment to a career in foreign policy or international relations.
- Possess a valid U.S. passport (at least six months beyond the fellowship’s end date).

Fellowship Benefits
Selected fellows receive:
