Applications for the Keychange Talent Leadership Programme (TLP) 2026 are now open, offering a unique six-month leadership experience for women and gender-diverse individuals who want to make a real difference in the music industry. The deadline for applications is November 12, 2025 (5 pm ET / 10 pm GMT / 11 pm CET).
About the Programme
The Keychange Talent Leadership Programme is a six-month immersive training designed to empower future leaders in the music industry. It provides participants with the tools, confidence, and connections to lead change around diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA).
Through workshops, mentorship, and real-world projects, participants gain valuable skills in leadership, advocacy, and social impact, preparing them to inspire transformation both locally and globally.
Who Can Apply
This programme is open to women and gender-diverse individuals with at least five years of experience in the music industry, or three years in music plus two years in the creative industries. Applicants should also have at least one year of experience in DEIA-related work.
Eligible applicants must be based in one of the Creative Europe countries, the UK, Canada, or Switzerland. Exceptions may apply on a case-by-case basis.

Programme Structure
The 2026 TLP runs from April to September 2026 and combines both in-person and online training:
- Kick-off event: Online in March 2026
- Talent Lab at Tallinn Music Week (Estonia): April 9–12, 2026
- Talent Lab at Reeperbahn Festival (Germany): September 16–19, 2026
- Weekly online sessions: 2 hours per week, plus independent work
Participants should expect to dedicate about four hours per week to the programme.
